Kate Fowler Williams was born 16 March, 1883 in Bladen County, NC. She was the daughter of William Spearman Fowler and Ellen Catherine Tatum.  She married William Jefferson Williams in Worth County, Georgia on 17 July, 1904. She had the following children:  Harry J. and Earl.  The family always lived in Sylvester, Worth County, Georgia. She died 15 December, 1953, and is buried in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Sylvester.
