Can you identify anyone in this picture? Please let me know if you can. The lady on the far left is Vada Royal. The young man seated in the middle near the right with his head directly to the right of the book is James A. Brown.

Jerome Tew provided me with a copy of the Natmoore School photo. He felt a teacher on the far left in the photo is Vada Royal, dau. of Whitney
Royal. He found that she was living with her parents in 1910 in Sampson Co. She married James A. Brown. In the 1920 Census James A. Brown and Vada were living in New Hanover Co. He was age 37 and she was age 39. A son, Elberta, was age 4 4/12. Jerome provided the attached photo of James A. Brown and Vada Royal which might help ID Vada in the shool photo. If James A. Brown is in the school photo, I believe he is the one just under James A. Brown in the inset photo of the couple. I also agree the lady on far left is the best choice for Vada Royal. The 1900 Cens for Frenches Creek Twp, Bladen Co, NC 1900 indicates James Autiway Brown was age 16 and the son of James Brown b. cOct 1847 and Sarah his wife b. cMar1853. His siblings were Tillie,Osker, Jinnie, Charley and Ruth.
