Bond John Wilkinson Administrator

Know all men by these presents that we John Wilkinson, William Liles and Samuel Vines are held and firmly bound unto Benjamin Smith, Esq, chairman of the county court of Brunswick and by successon of office in the just and ? sum of two thousand pounds, for which payment will and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors & administrators jointly and severally by these presents signed with our hands and sealed with our seals this twenty seventh day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.
The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden John Wilkinson Administrator of all & singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Elizabeth Wilkinson deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said John Wilkinson or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited to the precinct court where orders for the administration passed within ninety days after the date of these presents and the same goods, chattels and credits and all the goods chattels & credits of the said deceased at the time of her death or which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said John Wilkinson or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him do will and truly administer according and further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of his said administration within two years after the date of these presents and all the rest and residue of the said goods, chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administrators account the same being first examined and allowed by the aforesaid court shall deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively as the same shall be due unto pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this act and if it shall appear that any last will and testament was made by the deceased and the executor or executors therein named do exhibit the same into court, making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly if the said John Wilkinson above named being thereunto requested do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration approbation of such testament being first had and made in the said court then this obligation to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.
