State Troops and was on duty as Captain and Enrolling Officer of the 1st Congressional District when he was assigned as Captain of this company. Present or accounted for with the company until June 1864 when The battalion was disbanded and he returned to his assignment as Enrolling Officer of the 1st Congressional District.
