A Paper purporting the last Will & Testament of John Upchurch dec'd was Exhibited to court and being objected to by the widow & Heirs fo said Dec'd, the court considers the same not to be a good Will ---
Therefore ordered that administration on the same Estate be granted to Ambrose & John Ramsey who enters into bond with Jas. Harman in the sum of one thousand pounds whereupon an inventory was returned and ordered to be recorded and John Ramsey was duly qualified open court. Knowing no other will than that Exhibited as above.
