#47 in the list may be a marker for Matthew Byrd, whose death certificate states he was buried in the Batten Cemetery. Matthew Byrd was the son of William and Elender Richardson Byrd. He was born About 1853 and died 30 Jan 1933.

#48 in the list is referring to Christilla Hufham Byrd, born 24 Feb 1860; died 10 Dec 1932. She was the wife of Matthew Byrd.
