EVERGREEN -- Johnny Michael Graves, 37, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at his residence. Final rites will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, at Chadbourn Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Richard Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Graves Family Cemetery in Cerro Gordo. Worthington Funeral Home of Chadbourn is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Harrison Graves of the home; a daughter, Alyssa Marie Graves of the home; a son, Aaron Michael Graves of the home; his parents, Wanda G. and Johnny Mitchell Graves of Cerro Gordo; a sister, Becky Lynn Russ of Cerro Gordo; and a brother, Christopher Kevin Graves of Cerro Gordo.
Visitation will be held from 7-9 pm Saturday, March 21 at Chadbourn Pentecostal Holiness Church, 518 N Elm Street.

This Graves family came from Bladen County in the Bethel community near Bladenboro. The older family is buried at Old Pait Cemetery. Angus Doderage Graves was the son of Nathan Randall Graves and Mary Margaret Evers.
