Lennon Cemetery Columbus County

Information from the Works Projects Administration Historical Records Survey of North Carolina, 1940. Located 4 miles east of Boardman near Elizabeth Road on land that was then owned by Mr Strange Fields. The primary goal of the WPA cemetery survey in North Carolina was to record burials of those that died in the years before 1913 or 1914, when death certificates began to be issued.
