In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that Babel Peterson, Aaron Hinson 
and Mary Ann his wife, reside without the limits of the State, it is therefore ordered that 
publication be made for six weeks in the Carolina Observer, for Babel Peterson, Aaron Hinson 
and Mary Ann his wife, to appear at the next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, to be held 
for the County of Sampson, at the Court House in Clinton, on the third Monday in August next, 
then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said Petition, or the same to be taken pro 
confesso and heard exparte.

Witness, Thomas I. Faison, Clerk of said Court, at Office, the third Monday of May, A.D. 1830, 
and of American Independence, the 54th year. Thomas I. Fairson, Clerk
