Death of Mrs. W C Pearce

Mrs. W.C. Pearce died in this city last night at 7:30 o'clock. The funeral will take place this 
afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the Massey Hill Baptist Church. The deceased was a daughter of the 
late Mrs. Holland Massey, and is survived by her husband, Rev. W.C. Pearce a Baptist Minister in 
Oklahoma, and one son, by her first husband, William Allred. She is also survived by three sisters, 
Mrs. I.C. Bond and Mrs. Mary Parker, of this city, and one brother, Mr. Shepherd Massey, of Texas.
Mrs. Pearce was 41 years of age and was a woman of fine character, and had many friends who will 
mourn her loss.
