According to the provisions of Section 28 of the School Law, 1899, I have taken an accurate Census of all children residing in District No. 5, for White Race, 71st Township, in the County of Cumberland, between the ages of six and twenty-one years, and made a careful estimate of the value of Public School Property, and report as follows:
