Calvin Root Gallop was born to Marion G. Gallop, Sr. and Lenora (Evans) Gallop on Feb. 20, 1908 and died February 23, 1979. He is buried in the Powells Point Christian Church Cemetery in Harbinger, NC. By 1930 he is living in Norfolk, Virginia with his brother's family and is listed as age 22, single, and a laborer at the auto assembly plant. No further information is known. |
