UPDATE from Jack: This could be Thomas D. Williams, son of Robert Williams and Rhoda Dudley of Knotts Island.  He was born Sept. 3, 1858 and died June 25, 1931 and is buried at Knotts Island Cemetery.  He married Willie Emma Miller on July 19, 1883.  Willie Emma, the daughter of John H. Miller & Mary E. Willie, was born Apr. 1, 1869 and died Feb. 3, 1948 and is also buried at Knotts Island Cemetery.  Thomas and Willie had 5 children: Dallas (b. Apr. 1886), Eva E. (b. Oct. 1, 1887), Alonzo (b. Feb. 1, 1892), Edward C. (b. July 1894) and Fred. B. (b. July 13, 1896)
