In the name of God Amen, I John BARRIOT being weak of body but sound memory Thanks be to God for it but knowing it is appointed for all persons to die, I do pronounce and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Uncle George HOWARD all of my perishable property unto him and his heirs forever.
Also I constitute and appoint my aforesaid Uncle George HOWARD my whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and testament to settle all my business agreeable to this my Last and as the law shall direct in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of January 1801
