In the Name of God Amen
I Judah Gregory of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being Sick of body but of Sound mind and memory and knowing it is appointed for all to die, do make this my last Will and Testament in Manner as followith Viz...

Imprimis. I Give unto my Son Wilson GREGORY One Negro Girl Called Miriam to him and his Heirs forever.

Item. I leave all the Residue of my Estate to be Sold and the amount Therefrom I Give Unto my Son Wilson GREGORY to be kept at Interest In his benefit To him and his heirs forever.

Lastly I nominate and appoint Joseph GREGORY executor to this my last will and Testament Revoaking and disannulling all others in Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 11th day of April Anno Domini 1802.
