Currituck County Wills
I Jane LEE of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being in good health and sound mind, do make this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills.
I bequeath my body to the ground to be decently burred and my soul to Almighty God hoping to find favour in his light the mediation of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savour.
Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved Grand Son William ETHERIDGE all my household good and chattles within and with doors except my wearing appareel.
Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved Grand Daughter Nancy MACLANEN all my wareing appareel and I hereby leave said appareel to the care of her beloved Brother William ETHERIDGE to dispose of according to the best of his noledge and belief.
And I hereby constitute and appoint the said William ETHERIDGE executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I do publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament this twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight.
