In the Name of God Amen. I Daniel LINSEY of the Sandbank of Currituck in the province of Aforesaid being at present something sick and weak of Body but thanks be to God of perfect & sound memory Calling to my mind the Mortaility of my Body & Knowing it is appointed for all men once to Dye Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following That is to say first I bequeath my Soul to God that gave it me and my Body to the Earth of be Decently Buried Att the Descretion of my Executrix Hereafter named
Item I Give & Bequeath to my son David LINSEY one Shilling to be paid out of my personal Estate
Item I give & Bequeath to my Loving wife Mary LINSEY whom I Likewise Constitute make & Ordain my whole & sole Executrix of this my Last will & Testament all & Singular my Land Chattels Hogs Houshold Stuf etc by Her to be freely Possessed & Enjoyed and I Do-Hereby utterly Disalow Disanul & Revoak all other will or wills by me made Heretofore and This my Last will & Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this Twenty Sixth Day of November Anno Dominy 1720.
