In the name of God Amen, I William ROBINSON, of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being very sick and in a low state of helth being of perfect mind and memory, Thanks be to God for the same, do make and ordain this instrument of writing to be my Last Will and Testament Viz.

Item I give and bequeth unto Vashte JAMES Daughter of Lucia JAMES a child being sworn to me, two shillings to be paid out of my estate to her and her heirs for ever.

Item I lend unto my beloved Wife Mary ROBINSON all my lands and estate that I now possess during her natural life and after her decease my will and desire is that the estate at her decease eaquelly divided between my Sons and I do constitute and appoint my Son Charles ROBINSON, Jonathan and Tully ROBINSON and Manloff ROBINSON my sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixd my seal this 14th day of October 1798 signed sealed and published pronounced and declared in presents of us
