The Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth WILLIAMS Decd. was Exhibited at November Term 1836 and Proven by the oath of Zachariah M. DOXEY and ordered recorded
In the Name of God amen I Elizabeth WILLIAMS being weak of body but of Sound and disposing mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertanty of human life and that it is apointed for man to die do make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in Maner and form following
Item I Give to my Son Robard J. WILLIAMS fifty cents to him and his heirs
Item I Give to my Daughter Betsey ALLEN fifty cents to hir and hir heirs
Item I Give to my Daughter Polley ALLEN fifty cents to hir and hir heirs
Item I Give to my Daughter Rutha HAMPTON fifty cents to hir and hir heirs
Item I Give and Bequeeath to my grand Son Thomas WILLIAMS the land whare he lives that is to Say Begining at John WILLIAMS line at the corner of my fence thence along the fence to John ALLENs line to him and his heirs.
Item I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Nancey WILLIAMS one half of Rest of my land whare the house and orchard Sands to hir and heirs forever.
Item I Give and Bequeath to my Daughters Uniay WILLIAMS one half of my Land next to the Road to hir and heirs forever.
Item I Give and Bequeath to my Daughters Unice WILLIAMS and Nancey WILLIAMS all the Remainder of my Estate within dors and without to Bee Equally divided Between them and their heirs.
Lastly I heare by constitue and ordaine and appoint my Grand Son James HAMPTON whole and Sole Executer to this my last will and Testament this 14th day of Mar 1835.
