Homer Cemetery (Manteo)

All photos taken March 2010 by Marla Walker Beasley.  This cemetery is located in Manteo, Dare County, North Carolina.  From Hwy. 64/264 take Harriott Street (SR 1118) for about .04 miles then bear left on George Daniels Road and go less than .01 mile.  Take a left into Wescott Park and go less than .01 mile into the ball field area, then turn right and go about .02 mile.  The cemetery is in the wooded area west of the ball field.  Part of the cemetery is cleared but some of the graves further to the south are overgrown with vines and briers.  Google Maps for directions to this cemetery.  Click on underlined names to see a photo of the headstone.
