Meekins Cemetery - Colington

This cemetery is located in Colington, Dare County, North Carolina.  From Hwy 158 in Kill Devil Hills at mile post 81/2 take Colington Rd. (SR 1217) and go a total of about 2 miles.  Turn left on Old Schoolhouse Rd..  Go 1/2 mile and as the road forks, merge left onto Swan View Shores Rd.  The cemetery is 1/3 mile on the right just off the road.  The cemetery is well-kept.  Extra information is indicated in brackets.  Click on underlined names for a picture of the tombstone.  Unless otherwise noted, photographs were taken in 2009 & submitted by Miles Midgette.
