I, Samuel Baum of the aforesaid county and State, being of sound mind but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my last Will and Testament.
First: I give to my daughter Pearl Baum Scharff what is known as the Old Riggs Place, which was deeded to her by me and my wife, Bettie E. Baum.
Second: I give to my son George W. Baum the Home Place where I now live, including all my outside land that I may own at my death, and it is my desire and wishes that said property herein given to my son George W. Baum shall go to his bodily heirs.
Third: It is my desires and wishes that all my insurance from the J.O.U.A.M and from the Improved Order of Red Men shall go to my daughter Rena M. Baum and should said Order, above mentioned, fail or the insurance for any reason not be paid, then it is my wishes and desires that my two children named above, the said Pearl Baum Scharff and George W. Baum shall pay to said Rena M. Baum the sum of Five Hundred each as a proper adjustment for her interest in the lands above mentioned. I also give to my daughter Rena M. Baum the Piano now in my home.
I hereby constitute and appoint my son George W. Baum, without bond, my lawful executor to all intent and purposes to execute this my last Will and Testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and claim thereof. Hereby revoking and discharging said all other wills and Testaments by me hereto fore made.
In witness whereof I the said Samuel Baum do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 27th day of April1929.

It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of Samuel Baum, deceased. Let said Will, together with the probate, be recorded and filed. This 1st day of April 1940.
