A Deed from Henry Yarbrough to John Huhs[?] was ackd. by Said
Yarbrough. M.O.R.

The Jury appointed to lay out a Road from Lewisburgh to the Wake line near Wm.
Jeffrey's made their return of having done the same
Ordered that the hands under Jordan Hill, James Murfree, Charles Darnall, Osborn
Jeffreys, Ephraim Conyers, John Elliot, Joseph Wright, & John Richards Overseers
for the Purpose of Opening the Said Road, & that the several Overseers work their
hands Agreeable to the Appointment of Said Terrell--

Ordered that he Collector pay Seth Mabry Esqr. four Pounds one Shilling for a Jurors
ticket Granted to Robt. Hightower from the Superior Court of Hallifax & by sd. Mabry
recd. & by Accident Destroy'd.

Ordered that Elias Nelm have Administration on the Estate of Joseph Nunn decd.
who entered into Bond in the sum of one Hundred Pounds with Edwd. Cooley
his Security.

Ordered that Elisabeth Thornton be appointed Guardian to [blank] Thornton &
Betsey Thornton ortham[?] of John Thornton decd. Who entered into Bond in
the sum of Two Hundred & fifty Pounds with Benjamin Hill her security.
