Court & the execution thereof duly prov'd by the oath of Wm H Strother

exhibited in open Court & the execution thereof duly prov'd by the
oath of Jas. Strother & on MOR

A Deed from William Murphery to N Patterson was exhibited in open court

ISd. Ordered that Anthony Winston be appointed over. of the Road from
Warren Fuller's to the Granville line with the usual hands

A Deed in Trust from Joel King Trustee &c to Joshua Mabry was exhibited
in open Court & the execution duly prov'd by the oath of Henry Haswell

It appearing to the Court that Drury Jones of this County from his
present state of mind is incapable of managing his Estate, It is
ordered that a Sheriff summon a Jury to inquire into the State of mind

No 64 Saml Robinson aprs&c vs Thomas Yarbrough} Debt Jury charged to
wit same as in no 13, who find that there was a payment of $4.75 on the
14th Sep 1826. that the balance of the prncpl[?] of the bond declared
once[?] $1094.20 and aSseSs damages for interest to $114.06 and costs.

No. 68 Robert & George Hamper[?] vs Medicus Robertson} Debt Jury
sworn and charged, to wit same as in No 13 who find all the iSsues in
favour of the plaintiff that the prnl of the bond declared on is
$320.92 & aSseSs damages for interest to $8.55 & costs

No 69 Willie Perry vs George Tunstall} Debt Jury sworn & charged to wit
same as in No 13 who find all the iSsues in favour of the Plaintiff and
aSseSs his damages to $343.65 of which sume $337.92 is principal &costs

No 74 Robinson & Newsom vs. William Harrison} Debt Jury sworn and
charged to wit same as in No 13 who find that there is no payment nor
set off that the principal of the bond declared on is $254.76 and

plaintiff vs Thomas Lanier & Jacob Jones} Debt Jury charged to wit
same as in No 13 who that[sic] there is no payment nor set off that the
Principal of the bond declared is $232.20/100 and aSseSs damages for
interest to $68.49 &costs. Debt $232.20 Damages 68.49.
