In the name of God Amen, I SALLIE RICHARDSON being of sound mind and of good judgment knowing the uncertainty of life do make this the last will and Testimony to both first of all I want my burial expenses paid out of personal property if any at my death and dispursed from this life.  Then I will and bequeath my land containing twenty five (25) Acres to my 6 son to equally divided among them namely ANDREW RICHARDSON, WORDELL RICHARDSON and JOEAL RICHARDSON  AUTHER and DREW BELL RICHARDSON and JOHNIE RICHARDSON.  But I want them to pay or give to their 2 sister each $5.00 a piece namely JOSEPHINE & MAGGIE RICHARDSON after this day may sell the                  to each other if they like or wish to do so this land to them their life & to their children after their death.

HALIFAX COUNTY, BEFORE THE CLERK

IN THE MATTER OF THE WILL OF:
SALLIE RICHARDSON,DECEASED:

The paper writing hereto attached and purporting to be the last will and testament of SALLIE RICHARDSON deceased, is exhibited before the undersigned Clerk of the Superior Court of Halifax County, North Carolina, by the executor therein named, and thereupon the following proof thereof is taken by the oath and examination of T. P. LYNCH and R. B. CYRUS, the subscribing witnesses thereto, as follows:
NORTH CAROLINA, Halifax County.


T. P. LYNCH and R. B. CYRUS being duly sworn, depose and say and each for himself deposes and says that he is a subscribing witness to the said paper-writing now shown him, purporting to be the last will and testament of SALLIE RICHARDSON and that they saw her (or heard her acknowledge the execution of) this writing as her last will and testament, and that affiant attested it in the presence and at the request of said SALLIE RICHARDSON deceased; and that at the time of its execution (or at the time its execution was acknowledged) said SALLIE RICHARDSON was, in affiant's opinion, of sound mind and disposing memory.
