Harnett County Court of Equity, Spring Term, 1860 - Daniel Bolin vs. John L. Bethea, Admin. of 
Florah Bolin, John L. Bethea & wife, Sarah Ann Campbell, Margaret Robinson, John, William, Thomas and 
Malcolm Bolin.
	In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Sarah Ann Campbell, Margaret Robinson, 
John, William, Thomas and Malcolm Bolin, are non-residents of the State, it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made six weeks in the N. C. Standard notifying said defendants to be and appear 
at the Court House in Summerville on the Monday preceding the Monday next before the last Monday in August 
next, and answer, plead or demur to said case, or judgment will be entered pro confesso and held ex parte.
	Witness, Cornelius H. Coffield, Clerk and Master of our said Court of Equity, at office in Summerville, 
the Monday preceding the Monday next before the last Monday in February, A. D. 1860, Independence of the 
United States, 84th.
