Sarah Ann McLean Faucette
Her father is:

Duncan McLean
Who married
Mary Campbell dtr of Archibald Campbell per his will dated 13 Oct 1837 with a codicil on 14 Nov 1851 and probated
in 1853- he even names Sarah McLean his grand-daughter in this codicil

This is correct per the death certificate of Effie McLean the old maid sister of Sarah Ann McLean -Faucette. Effie
lived with them until her death on Aug 3, 1914 and her death certificate, listing her parents, is in Harnett Co NC
where she died.

Duncan was the son of Alexander McLean Sr. -

Alexander's will was dated 9 Feb 1850- probated March 1850 and names his Children:
Neill, Peter Nancy and Jennet and deceased Son Duncan McLean's children :
Jennet, Catherine, Sarah Ann, Effie.

I believe that Alexander was the son of Archibald McLean who had a will dated 26 Aug 1820 and probated June 1822.
Archibald McLean names his sons: Alan, Hugh, Alexander, Peter and his brothers son, Daniel McLean was the executors
along with Alexander and Allen McLean. Source: Tricia London
