Henry Lee Roper House
  This house was built by Henry Lee Roper about 1920. He likely lived in the house for a while. I can remember during the late 1940s that he lived in a larger house next door to this one. This house sits just north of the Sarah and Uriah Harris house on what is called Roper Lane (SR 1319). Someone lived in this house until Hurricane Isabel did her damage here.
