October 10, 1794 - Summons for Robert Abrams, executor of John Abrams, dec'd., to appear in Court to answer the complaint of Ephriam Elsbre in the sum of £12 by note.  /s/ F. Latham, JP

Nov. 27, 1794 - You are hereby commanded that the goods & chattles & lands and tenements of John Abrams, Senior, deceased, be sold.  100 acres on North Dividing Creek whereon William Abrams now lives.  Also another parcel near where the said John Abrams lately dwelled, which land was executed by an execution issued by Seth Hovey, Esq'r. on a warrant at the instance of Ephriam Elsbre ________ for the sum of £11, 10 shillings and 2d.  Also 5 shillings & 9d for costs & charges.

May 27, 1795 - Summons for Robert & William Abrams, heirs and representatives of John Abrams, dec'd., to show cause why an execution should not issue to sell the lands & tenements, by Ephriam Elsbre.

Feb. 29, 1796 - Order to sell 80 acres lying between Lazarus Forman's & Aaron Cox's property and another parcel near Noah Partree's, formerly the property of Daniel Harris and now the property of the late John Abrams.  The 80 acres was sold to Henry Selby for £7, 18s, 6d.  The second parcel of 125 acres joining James Windley & Noah Partree on N. Dividing Creek was also sold to Henry Selby for £5, 11s, 6d.
