Aug. 28, 1843 - Administrator's bond for $100.00 was signed by Urias O. Neale, as adm'r. on the estate of Rasmus Austin, dec'd.  His security was Joseph C. Jennett. 

Sept. 23, 1843 - Account sails [sic] of the property belonging to the estate of Rasmast Austin, dec'd., sold on 6 months credit by Urias ONeal, adm'r.  Various buyers were John C. Quidley, George S. Rollinson, E.D. Burrus, Thomas Austin, & Tilman Bracham.  Total sale appeared to be $52.60.  This was returned into Court at Aug. Term and ordered recorded.
