I William Henderson do hereby certify that William Davidson owns about 200 acres of lands in said county lyeing on the Catawba River joining my own lands & James Abernathy. Being summoned by the Sheriff to assess the same I estimate it to be worth two thousand dollars – given under my hands & seal [Signature:] Wm Henderson
