[The document is undated, but may be 1820 or 1821. The Company Captain was Wiley (sometimes seen as Willie) Jones. Lemuel Moorman is the Justice of the Peace who recorded the district’s taxables. According to the minute docket of the County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, he was assigned this responsibility in only two years: 1820 and 1821.]
