The portrait photo posted of BUCK HARPER by Jackie Chappel Harper is one that I emailed to her and of which I have the original copy. The original source of that picture was EDITH IRMA BELL, Cokey Road, Rocky Mt., NC. BUCK and SALLIE GRIFFIN HARPER were her grandparents. I certainly do not mind sharing family information and photos, however, I believe all of us should give proper attribution of the source when posting information or a photo shared with us by others. This mutual respect and proper historical citation procedure is very important when the posting of information or photos given or taken from the files or work of other generous people on other websites, especially ones that are commercial and charge a fee like Find-A-Grave.
