Frank Judson Foreman, 68, of 3356 Denise St, Durham, NC died Monday (Sept 10, 1990) in Durham County General Hospital.
Foreman was a lifelong resident of Durham. Before retiring in 1980, he was employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Co for 36 years. He was a lifelong member of First Christian Church, where he was a Sunday school teacher, an Elder and past chairman of the board. Foreman was a member of the College of Life Underwriters, Durham Elk’s Lodge 568, the Independent Telephone Pioneers Association and a 23-year member of the Durham Lions Club. He was an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.
The funeral will be conducted at 3:30PM Wednesday in the Clements Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. David Cartwright. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Durham, NC.
Foreman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flora Weaver Foreman; a daughter, Mrs. Ellen F Kerley of Durham; a son, Ken Foreman of Durham; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The family will receive visitors from 7 to 9 PM today at Clements Funeral Home.
