Orange County; In the Probate Court In the matter of the
Administration of the estate of Moses Miles
} Before Geo. Laws Probate Judge
William T. Tate being sworn doth say; that Moses Miles, late of said County, is dead, without leaving any will or testament;
And that William T. Tate is the proper person entitled to letters of administration on the estate of the said Moses Miles,
Further, } William T. Tate that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $300.00 and that John Miles, James Miles, Thomas Miles are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof sworn to and subscribed before me, this 11th day of November 1879

On motion William T. Tate is appointed administrator upon the estate of Moses Miles and enters into bond in the sum $600.00 with John Compton and James W. Picket his securities.
Whereupon William T. Tate qualified as such as administrator by taking the oath required by law.
