In the name of god Amen the 12th day of December in ye year of our Lord 1729: I  Joseph Stoakley being very sick and weeak in bodey but of perfect mind and memory Thanks be given unto god therefore caleing to mind ye mortality of my body & knowing it is appointed for man once to dye doe make & ordain this my last will & Testament/that is to say/Prineapoly & first of all I give and recomend my soul into ye hands of god it gave it, hopeing through Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon & forgiveness of all my sins & to inherit Everlasting Life & my bodey I commit to ye Earth to be decently buried at ye discrechion of my Ex. hereafter named, nothing doubting but at ye General Resurection I shale receive ye same again by ye mighty power of god as a Touching such worldly goods or Estate wherewith it hath pleased god to bless me in this Life I give demise and dispose of in ye following manner and form that is to say—–

Item   I give and bequeath to Ann my Loving wife Two negoros _______ named Hank and Jack & liquise one moloto girle named Sarah

Item   I give and bequeath to Ann my Loving wife a chest of drawers, one silver tankard, one feather bed and furniture

Item   I give and bequeath to my well beloved son Isack Stoakly_____Two Negros ye one called Haggar & ye other Inese

Item   I give and bequeath to my well beloved daughter Mary Stoakley one Negro wench named Hannah and all her increse

Item   I give and bequeath to my son Joseph Stoakly____one negro wench caled Moll wth all her increse

Item   I give and bequeath to my son Isack Stoakly ye plantation whereon I now live and one writting desk and thirty pounds to be paid in Boston to buy him a silver tankard and one bed and furniture one young horse

Item   I give and bequeath to my loving wife Ann one Plantation containing two hund: acres commonly called Broad Neck to her disposale

Item   I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Stoakly____one feather bed & furniture one chest of draws  Two hundred acres of land lyeing down at Hattarass and one half of ye stock thereon one youn(g) white mare and thirty pounds paid in Boston to buy her a tankard

Item   I give and bequeath to my son Joseph Stoakly____one feather bed and furniture one large ceader chest and two hundred and fifty acres of land lyeing at Hattarras and half the stock thereon —-and thirty pounds to be paid in Boston to buy him a silver tankard one breeding mare and liquise one hundred pounds Boston money to buy him a negro

Item   I give and bequeath unto Isack DeLemar____one young bay hors and my bridle & sadle

Item   I give and bequeath to William Cartright Jnr____one large bay mare and colt__I bought of Henry Nicholes

Item   I give and bequeath to my loving wife Ann____one gray spaid mayre & to draught Horses now on my plantation & one silvir spoon

Item   I give and bequeath to my son Isack Stoakly one silvir spoon

Item   I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Stoakly  one silvir spoon and two gold rings

Item   I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Stoakly one silvir spoon & one seal ring marked J. S.

Item   I give and bequeath to my son Isack Stoakly one gold ring

Item   I give and bequeath all ye risedue or remaining part of my estate to be equaly divided between my wife and three children

I liquise constitute make and ordain my loving wife Ann Stoakly & my son Isack Stoakly Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I doe hereby uterly disallow od & revoke and disanull all former wills by me made confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.  In witness thereof I have hereunto set my Hand  and seal the last day and year written above.
