The NC Digital Heritage Center has a number of Randolph County histories online.  I added a link to them on the home page.

An e-book link has been added to the Publications page.

This newspaper article is about a woman who has written a book about her African-American ancestor, a Quaker, from Randolph County.

Two books were recently made available by Internet Archives.  Links to those were placed on the Publications page.  Also, a Maps page was set up, and the township map for Randolph County was added there.

I’ve started an effort to collect bastardy bonds of Randolph County.  Contributions of information and/or images of the bonds are welcome.
