Rockingham County Legacy is a collaborative project of Rockingham Community College, Rockingham County Public Library and DigitalNC which provides a gateway to images, documents and artifacts relating to the people, history and cultural heritage of Rockingham County, NC.
One important part of the project includes a large collection of photographs of old homes and farms in Rockingham County, many no longer standing, with information on families associated with the properties.
