(939)   HENRY HARRIS et al petitioned SALLY AYCOCK et al for a division of land, Apr. Ct., 1851, Oct. Ct., 1851, April Ct., 1852, Oct. Ct., 1852, Mar. Ct., 1853, Oct. Ct., 1853, Mar. Ct., 1853, Oct. Ct., 1853, Mar. Ct., 1854, Sept. Ct., 1854, Apr. Ct. 1855. Record notes that SALLY AYCOCK was an idiot, and her former guardian had died. The defendants SAMUEL AYCOCK and AUGUSTUS AYCOCK lived out of state. The following persons were entitled to shares of the land; (1) 5/9 to HENRY HARRIS; (2) 1/9 to VIRGINIA A. WRIGHT, MINERVA H. WRIGHT, WILLIAM D. WRIGHT; (3) 1/9 to SALLY AYCOCK, MARY AYCOCK, MARTHA ANN AYCOCK, ANN MARIA AYCOCK, and FRANCES AYCOCK (all heirs of CLAIBORNE AYCOCK, dec’d.); (4) 1/9 to MARY AYCOCK, AUGUSTUS AYCOCK, ELIZA DUNCAN was the WIFE of GORDON DUNCAN.

Lemuel Lancaster and wife petitioned the estate, Apr. Ct., 1855, noting that SALLY AYCOCK was a lunatic and had died interstate, and by the petition they requested a share of her estate. Record notes her estate should be divided among her brothers and sisters or their living issue as follows: (1) 1/10 to her sister SUSAN, wife of LEMUEL LANCASTER; (2) 1/10 to her sister TEMPY, wife of ALLEN KING; (3) 1/10 to her brother RICHARD AYCOCK; (4) 1/10 to her brother ABNER AYCOCK; (5) 1/10 to her brother SAMUEL AYCOCK; (6) 1/10 to her brother RANSOM AYCOCK; (7) 1/10 to be divided among the heirs of her dec’d. sister MARY SHAW, specifically (a) 1/3 of 1/10 to ALEXANDER SHAW, son of MARY SHAW; (b) 1/3 of 1/10 to MARY
