In the name of God Amen, the 29th day July 1782                                                     page 392

I Rebecca Williams of Northampton County in the State of North Carolina being sick and weak of body but of sound and perfect memory do make this my last will and testament, in manner and form following

Item} I give and bequeath to my grandson William Eley Williams six head of sheep. I likewise give and bequeath to my grandson William Eley Williams one cow and calf.

Item} I give and bequeath to my grandson Anthony Eley Williams six leather chairs.

Item} I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Polly Powell one featherbed.

Item} I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucy Powell one large chest, likewise six turned chairs and my side saddle.

Item} I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Lowrey one desk, likewise one bed quilt.

Item} I give and bequeath to John & William Sturgeons one brass bed and furniture & bed stock.

Item} I give and bequeath to my son Nathan Williams� children five shillings apiece.

Item} I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Williams, all the remainder part of my estate that is not above mentioned. I do likewise authorize and appoint my son Thomas Williams the full and sole executor of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
