This is the Bible of George W. Bell of Pasquotank and is presently owned by his grandson, L. L. Winder of Elizabeth City, N.C.

- George W. Bell, son of George and Sarah E. Bell was born Feb. 17, 1862
- Charles H. Bell, son of George and Sarah E. Bell was born Sept. 1, 1863
- Mary Elizabeth Bell, daughter of George and Sarah Bell was born Oct. 1, 1865
- James H. Bell, son of George and Sarah Bell was born Mar. 22, 1864
- John Walter Bell, son of George and Sarah Bell was born Feb. 5, 1869
- J. Henry Bell, son of George and Sarah Bell was born Feb. 23, 1871
- Margaret A. Bell, daughter of George and Sarah Bell was born June 13, 1874

- Frank Bell, son of George and Sarah E. Bell, died Oct. 3, 1858

- Mr. George W. Bell, well known citizen, died at 3:30 Friday morning in the 42nd year of his age – – – interred in Old Hollywood Cemetery Saturday afternoon. Services were conducted by Rev. L. L. Williams.
- George W. Bell, Jr. died about 35 years of age.
