This Cemetery is in Rockingham Township. Go to Northam Cemetery on Northam Cemetery Rd., drive north and turn right on Entwistle St., which is the second road to the right. Drive to the end of the paved road. The cemetery is in the woods, on the right, close to an old abandoned house. Sandra Elliott (2002) Mrs. Hamer identifies this as H.H. Covington Cemetery. Location: This cemetery is 4 miles north of Rockingham, NC, 7/10 mi. off old Ellerbe-Rockingham road, 1 mi. off highway #220.
