Died at his residence near Cheraw, S.C., October 9th, Mr. Malcom Buchanan, in the 57th year of his age. He was born near Laurel Hill, Richmond County, N.C., and came to Cheraw in 1836. In 1851 he removed to Eufaula, Ala., and five years after returned to Cheraw, where he resided until his decease.
