Avondale- Funeral services for MISS RUBY PADGETT, 42,
who died at the Rutherfordton hospital Friday after a short illness, will
be held at the home in Avondale. The Rev. ROBERTSON, pastor of the Methodist church will officiate,
assisted by the Rev. SAM MOSS. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Surviving are her mother, MRS. DOVIE
PADGETT of Avondale; one sister, MRS. J.T. ROMN of Maiden, N.C. ; 5 brothers,
PAUL and BAXTER PADGETT, Greenville, RAY and CLARK PADGETT, Avondale and ROBERT PADGETT of Forest
City.
Blackwell and Nichols are in charge of arrangements.
