PARKS to JOSEPH ALLEN- 1814 |
|
Know all men by these presents that I AMBROSE
PARKS of the County of Wilkes & State of North Carolina having
bargained sold & delivered to JOSEPH ALLEN one Negroe boy named
ISAAC for & in consideration of the some [sic] of three
Hundred & twenty-five dollars to me in hand paid, to which I the
said AMBROSE PARKS have bargained sold & delivered the said
ISAAC to the said JOSEPH ALLEN to have & to hold to him the
sd JOSEPH to him his heirs Executors or assigns for ever as witness
my hand & seal this 10th of November 1814. AM. PARKS Test JAMES SWANSON WM. NOLAND North Carolina Wilkes County The above Bill of Sale was duly acknowledged in open court by the sd AMBROSE PARKS. R. MARTIN, Clk |
