In the name of God Amen Anthony Hatch of the province of north Carolina
in the County of arbermarle…my last will and testemt…whole estate…be equally
devided betwene my wife Elizabeth and my son Anthony Hatch…appoint
my dearely beloved wife Elizabeth Hatch my full and sole Execortrix…this
tenth day of December one thousand six hundred & eighty eight
