I’m Sylvia, the new county coordinator for Buncombe County, NC. My Great Grandmother was born in 1898 in Black Mountain and her father was a merchant who owned and operated a handful of businesses over the years.
However, I am not new to coordinating other counties for NCGenWeb. In my own family research, the GenWeb project (including France!) has been quite beneficial. Please consider getting involved; whether it’s simply sharing some of your own records for others or adopting a county in need of a Coordinator.
