I\u00a0<strong>NOAH SPENCE<\/strong>\u00a0of the County of Camden &amp; State of North Carolina am week in body but of sound mind &amp; memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same, I am a mind to dispose of these Worldly goods &amp; c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Item. I give &amp; bequeath unto my beloved Son\u00a0<strong>JOHN SPENCE\u00a0Junr<\/strong>. My land &amp; plantation to him &amp; his heirs forever. Also, I give him one mare &amp; colt &amp; one mule &amp; four head cattle hogs with all the rest of my moveable estate within doors &amp; out doors, to him &amp; his heirs for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Item. I appoint my loving Son\u00a0<strong>JOHN SPENCE<\/strong>\u00a0whole &amp; sole executor of this my Last Will &amp; Testament.
