THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>SALLY SANDERLIN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

December 11, 1822<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of God Amen ! I\u00a0SALLY SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0of the County of Camden & State of N. Carolina, being sick & weak in body, but of sound mind & memory thanks be to God for the same, do this Eleventh day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred & Twenty Two, make and ordain this my Last Will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say.<\/span><\/p>\n

Item. I give & bequeath to my Daughter\u00a0POLLY SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0one trunk to her & her heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Item. I leave all the remainder of my estate within & without to be sold on six months credit and after paying my just debts & the remainder to be equally divided between my five children that is to say\u00a0ISAAC\u00a0SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0BETSY SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0CALEB SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0Son of my Husband\u00a0FERBY SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0dec\u2019d\u00a0POLLY SANDERLIN<\/strong>,\u00a0WELTHY SANDERLIN BRITTANIA SANDERLIN<\/strong>\u00a0to have an equal share with my five children as above named.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lastly I appoint my friend CORNELIUS WRIGHT<\/strong> my Executor to this my Last Will & Testament disanulling all others before this made & acknowledging this to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above written.<\/span><\/p>\n
