In the presence of <strong>JOHN FERRELL<\/strong> and <strong>DANIEL TUTTLE<\/strong>, who was both specially required to bear witness thereto by the Testator himself on the night of the Sixteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred &amp; Twenty Two, which was reduced to writing on the 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0day of the above stated month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">In words as follows which was spoken by the said Testator aforesaid in the presence of the afore named persons who was specially required by the testator to bear witness of the same&#8212;-namely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">It is my will &amp; desire that my beloved Wife shall have all my estate of every denomination whatsoever, after paying all my just debts,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Also It is my wish and desire that my worthy friend <strong>JOSEPH BROWN<\/strong> should take my business in hand &amp; see to it as I think he is most best acquainted with my affairs the same being published and declared by the said\u00a0<strong>WILLOUGHBY JONES<\/strong>\u00a0the testator as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who was present at the time of the testator making declaration thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">JOHN FERREL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">DANIEL TUTTLE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Camden County Court<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">November Term 1822<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">The within was exhibited in open Court &amp; proved as the nuncupative Will of <strong>WILLOBY JONES<\/strong> dec\u2019d. by the oaths of<strong> JOHN FERRELL<\/strong> &amp; <strong>DANIEL TUTTLE<\/strong> the subscribing witness thereto in due form of Law in motion Ordered to be Recorded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">M.S.
