THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>WILLOUGHBY JONES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

August 16, 1822<\/span><\/p>\n

The nuncupative Will of\u00a0WILLOUGHBY JONES<\/strong>\u00a0dec\u2019d. made & declared in his Last sickness in his own habitation & dwelling house—-wherein he had resided for several years previous to his death. In the presence of JOHN FERRELL<\/strong> and DANIEL TUTTLE<\/strong>, who was both specially required to bear witness thereto by the Testator himself on the night of the Sixteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & Twenty Two, which was reduced to writing on the 19th<\/sup>\u00a0day of the above stated month.<\/span><\/p>\n

In words as follows which was spoken by the said Testator aforesaid in the presence of the afore named persons who was specially required by the testator to bear witness of the same—-namely.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is my will & desire that my beloved Wife shall have all my estate of every denomination whatsoever, after paying all my just debts,<\/span><\/p>\n

Also It is my wish and desire that my worthy friend JOSEPH BROWN<\/strong> should take my business in hand & see to it as I think he is most best acquainted with my affairs the same being published and declared by the said\u00a0WILLOUGHBY JONES<\/strong>\u00a0the testator as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who was present at the time of the testator making declaration thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n
